1. Cancellations and Refunds
1.1 Service Cancellations
If you need to cancel a service booked through KIRSTY TRAVEL’S LIMITED, please notify us as soon as possible. Our refund policy for cancellations is as follows:
- Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to the service date: You will be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.
- Cancellations made between 5 and 6 days before the service date: You will be eligible for a partial refund, calculated as 30% of the total service fee.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service date: No refund will be issued, as services will have already been arranged with third-party providers.
Please note that certain services, such as non-refundable hotel bookings or flights, may have separate cancellation policies set by third-party providers. We will inform you of any such policies at the time of booking.
1.2 Non-refundable Services
Certain services provided by KIRSTY TRAVEL’S LIMITED are non-refundable. These include:
- Non-refundable deposits for bookings
- Services that have already been delivered or initiated
- Any special requests that incur upfront costs with third-party vendors (e.g., event tickets, private tours)

3. Changes to Bookings
If you wish to make changes to your booking (e.g., change dates or amend services), please notify us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the request. If the changes are made less than 4 days before the service date, our cancellation policy may apply.
