  • Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to the service date: You will be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.
  • Cancellations made between 5 and 6 days before the service date: You will be eligible for a partial refund, calculated as 30% of the total service fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service date: No refund will be issued, as services will have already been arranged with third-party providers.

Please note that certain services, such as non-refundable hotel bookings or flights, may have separate cancellation policies set by third-party providers. We will inform you of any such policies at the time of booking.

1.2 Non-refundable Services

Certain services provided by KIRSTY TRAVEL’S LIMITED are non-refundable. These include:

  • Non-refundable deposits for bookings

2. Requesting a Refund

If approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days using the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the transaction

3. Changes to Bookings

If you wish to make changes to your booking (e.g., change dates or amend services), please notify us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the request. If the changes are made less than 4 days before the service date, our cancellation policy may apply.

4. Force Majeure

In cases where services are disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics), KIRSTY TRAVEL’S LIMITED will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative arrangement or reschedule services. However, refunds in such cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the specific situation and any third-party provider policies.

Please note that our refund policy applies only to services directly provided by KIRSTY TRAVEL’S LIMITED. For services booked through third-party providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, transportation services), their individual refund policies will apply. We will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues, but we cannot guarantee refunds for third-party services.
